What is Kinesiology & Mind Body Medicine?

Kinesiology is a gentle healing modality that uses muscle monitoring to find imbalances and stress in the body. Using Chinese meridian systems and acupressure points we can assist the body to regain balance.

Mind Body Medicine explores the relationship between the mind and the body. It focuses on finding the root cause of problems and behavioural patterns to empower you to embrace the changes required to find wellness and live a whole life.

What happens in a session?

Each session is unique and specific to you and your needs. In your first session we will discuss all relevant medical history, what I can help you with and what goals you would like to work towards. 

 

I use counselling and muscle monitoring to find out what is holding you back and where imbalances lie. We work with the Chinese meridian system, acupressure points and essential oils to help the body come back into balance. Most people leave our sessions feeling calm, connected and empowered to make changes required to live a more fulfilling life.

 

We will always work together, at your own pace, to achieve your desired goals.
