About Me
I’m Lydia. I work with women and children who are ready to move through the world with more confidence, clarity and connection.
I’m a mother of eight, wife, home schooler, decaf drinker and book hoarder – and for a long time, I believed that anxiety, overwhelm, exhaustion, and physical pain were just a normal part of motherhood. I carried the weight of childhood trauma and a deep sense of unworthiness, convinced that maybe I didn’t deserve to feel happy, peaceful, or fulfilled.
But deep down, I knew something had to change. I wanted the cycle of generational trauma to end with me.
One day, while googling “why am I stuck in life?” I stumbled across kinesiology. I booked a session with a local practitioner and something shifted. With the right support, I began to reconnect with my body and rediscover a sense of identity that existed outside of the labels and roles I had spent years fulfilling.
I learned that my worth wasn’t tied to how hard I could push myself, but in how deeply I could come home to myself.
In 2020, I took a giant leap and began studying kinesiology. Today, I hold a Diploma of Mind Body Medicine and Certificate IV in Mental Health, am a Brain Gym™ Movement Facilitator, and a member of the Australian Traditional Medicine Society (ATMS).
Now, I walk alongside other women and families, offering the same support, space, and tools that helped me move from survival into serenity. If you’re ready to find greater clarity, connection, and calm—and let go of what’s been holding you back—I’d be honoured to support your journey.
